“Took an english tour, had an english and german tour! 1 hour of city tour in the bus before heading to the site, not desired nor asked for. When getting to the venue, 1/2h of free time before the tour started. Tour started in confusion and was crowded. Very specific on 1 part of the Schoenbrunn castle (Maria Theresa), but nothing for the rest of the site ( Franz-Ferdinand/Sissi, gardens, etc).”

“Our driver was not able to speak English very well and could not understand our questions or answer them. She did not say anything about the Eagles nest, that was not even mentioned until someone asked about seeing it from the stop at the German marketplace, and that was one of the reasons why we came and there was supposed to have been some kind of an overview of the place. It is closed until October 3 but we should have gotten some kind of information about it, regardless. Very disappointing. However, the rest of the tour was good and the yellow bus line driver was able to speak English…”
