“To get a fell of Schönbrun palace and associated campus one needs to walk a lot (5-6 km at least) which can take 3-4 hours. This tour offers a easy option to pick your stop , the next (road) train arrives in 15 min and you live ahead”

“I have no idea why people put negative reviews of this tour. It was fine, clean busses which were punctual and a good recorded tour guide. Having done many city bus tours this was as good as any other.”

“Our driver was not able to speak English very well and could not understand our questions or answer them. She did not say anything about the Eagles nest, that was not even mentioned until someone asked about seeing it from the stop at the German marketplace, and that was one of the reasons why we came and there was supposed to have been some kind of an overview of the place. It is closed until October 3 but we should have gotten some kind of information about it, regardless. Very disappointing. However, the rest of the tour was good and the yellow bus line driver was able to speak English…”

“Hop on off busses are inconvenient to use as transportation. You have to go thru too many stops to get to destination. A better combo would be unlimited public transport with free (not reduced) museum admission. In addition I got scammed on free admission to Vienna opera house. Followed instructions for reservations exactly as written but when I checked out the discount code was not applied so I had to pay full price!”

“Sorry but nothing very positive to say. Not at all like the usual Hop oOn Hop Off bus experience we have had previously. Only one bus on the route so after getting off at a stop the next bus was 90 minutes away. And in Salzburg all the main points of interest are pretty much all around the old town so the bus is not really necessary.”

“Plan is amazing. Whole city tour with hop on and off as much as you want “untill 17:00” which wasn’t mentioned until we went to the meeting point and get the brochures of the event. The thing is they divided the city tour into 2 lanes. Blue lane and red lane. One day is not enough at all to visit all destinations by hopping off the bus every single time so you have to pick locations by elimination method which was a clueless experience via google. We had the full package with my kids which included boat tour and ferris wheel ride and we didn’t have time to go there…”
