“It was a nice but long day. The lake district is absolutely beautiful and the landscapes are amazing. Salzburg is also beautiful, but overrated in my opinion. The historical centre is small and expensive. The guide was nice, but I would have liked to spend more time with him in Salzburg instead of having so much free time. Also, the day was way too long! There’s no need to make so many ‘food’ stops and for so long. It would be better to to shorter stops and finish earlier. Nice tour, but way too long, I preferred the Danube and Melk Abbey tour that we did next day with the…”

“A visit to a concentration camp is never an easy or comfortable experience. However, as a retired World History and Holocaust teacher it is a NECESSARY experience especially in current times. To some history is uncomfortable and that is why we need to understand why it is uncomfortable and not repeat it. This visit was so very enlightening due to our incredible guide Ferdinand. His knowledge and insight into the camp seen through the perpetrators and the victims made this a truly and necessary experience. This tour is a must to understand the past and how it relates to the present and NEVER allow to happen again.”
