He stopped in several places and parked so that I could get out and take pictures and walk around but kept my wife (who couldn't get out of the van easily) company. This is not the case from our experience. We chose Hallstatt and Concentration camp in advance of the transfer. We were not informed that to include both stops it would be 5 1/2 hours. This was not told to us until we were on our way. As a travel advisor, if I tell my clients it says about 4 hours with 2 stops, I need to know ahead of time if the two stops they…”

“Our two hour guided tour by Nicol went very smoothly. She was very friendly and willing to answer all our questions and concerns. We were guided to the Greek neighborhood of Vienna (churches, taverns, printing houses, etc.) where Greek merchants and intellectuals were active in the 18th century. He also presented us architecturally the facades of several buildings as well as secret passages of the area that are not easy to discover on your own. At the end of the tour he gave us a map of the historic center of Vienna with illustrations of the buildings which was very useful for us on our routes around the city. We…”
